If you are encountering issues with one of our products, please refer to the online Documentation. Our AI assistant can also be accessed by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of the page and will be able to assist with any issue or feature that is covered in the Documentation page
If the issue you are encountering is not covered by the documentation sufficiently, please open a ticket by clicking the button below. Before opening a ticket, ensure that you have the following information to help us troubleshoot the problem:
- Subject: A short description of the problem you are seeing.
- Proof-of-purchase: order number and store name. If bought through the MSFS Marketplace, include a screenshot of the Marketplace page showing the product as OWNED and your gamertag visible. Requests without proof-of-purchase will not be answered.
- Information pertaining to the issue: what are your system specs? What version of the product version and simulator that you are using?
- Description of the issue: Describe the problem in as much detail as possible. What exactly are you experiencing, how often does it happen and any special circumstances.
- Steps to reproduce the issue: What were you doing before the issue appeared? If possible provide a series of exact steps that we will use to reproduce on our end.
