- Improved some circuit breaker logic
- Circuit breakers updated to use the new A:1 variable format

## SystemsPulse

### Oil System

- Fixed bug causing the engine to overheat due to lack of oil when failures were disabled
- Oil dipstick now correctly shows a good oil level when SystemsPulse is turned off
